Do we accept returns?
All sales are final. Please read scent description prior to finalizing purchase.
When will my item be shipped?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipping out within 2-4 business days.
Damaged items due to shipping?
Luxxe Candle Co will reship the same exact item at our expense to the customer after proof is provided via photos. If we are sold out of that scent, we will give you the option to select another scent or be notified once that scent is restocked and in the process of being shipped to you.
How often should you trim your wick?
Wick should always be 1/4 inch
How many hours of burn time?
Approx. 55-58 hours
How long should I allow my candle to burn?
Candles should burn no longer than 3-4 hours at a time.
Precautions?
Candles should never be left unattended, nor should they be near flammable objects (curtains, paper, clothing, etc.). Keep out of reach from children.
Are your candles vegan?
Yes, Our candles are vegan and environmental friendly.
